Japan students at Kobe Kaisei Girl's High School give the peace sign as a greeting. They, along with a number of classes in the school, sent Peace Poem Scrolls. Children at Lihikai Elementary School in Kahului, Maui sent scrolls of peace poetry from 17 classes, with the theme, "Peace through the eyes of children." These students were from Ms. Rosa Stone's class.
